I’ve had to say goodbye more times than I’d liked to,
but I guess everyone can say that…
Even though no matter how many times we say it;
even if it’s for the greater good, it still stinks…
We will never ever forget what we’ve given up,
because we owe it to ourselves to keep moving on.
What we can’t do is to live our life constantly afraid of the next goodbye,
because the chances are that they’re not going to stop.
The trick is to recognise that a goodbye can also be a good thing,
just because it is a chance to start again;
and one can never be too late to start over.
