and we went to the 4 season house~
so freaking damn tired…
more updates after I revive from my death…
*drop dead*
There's something new to look forward to everyday!~ and everyday begins with today!
ok, not really…
I thought Monsters and Aliens are good…
but it’s a rather big let down…
not really many 3D effects, and story akinda sucked.
GSC should seriously check their projector before they start the screening because it’s DAMN potong stim when we, the audiences have to stop and sit there doing nothing waiting for you to get things fix.
anyway, the next movie they wanted to watch was Night in The Museum 2 which I have already watched…
so, while waiting for them, I decided to treat myself a “welcome the new semester meal”
and to TGIF I went!~
they are having a promotion which allows you to choose one appetizer out of 3, and an entree out of 6 choises (of non are beef which I find odd)
this set cost you RM29.90 ++ (before tax)
ordered frien mac and cheese as my appetizer~
Chicken Baked Cheese as my main~
the chicken is too dry for my favor, barely edible. but it still goes well along with the baked cheese at the bottom~
and since a cup of drinks is already THAT expensive, I don’t actually mind paying extra few ringgits for a glass of in house wine at RM15 a glass.
this Shiras is rather easy to drink~
I personally liked it very much along with the fried mac and cheese~ a good combo indeed!
it only occured to me that I should have ordered the white wine instead since I am having chicken (white meet with white wine right? Colleen or Julie, enlighten me about this pls)
the bill came to be about RM51 which was expectable after the taxes and service charges~
I am rather glad that I have finally treat myself to a good meal~ ^^
maybe somemore in the future?
till then, CYA!
p/s:
I will be going to Bukit Cahaya tomorrow~
will be leaving at 7am from school which means I have to get ready by 6am~
updates about it soon!
since terminator alsvation is not so good…
we are craving for something better~
well, actually we wanted a place to sit and that and drink…
so we decided to pay a visit to The Loft~
got ourselves a few Danish and quiche and cheese cakes~
love it THAT much! *stretch arm apart wide and big*
(I don’t really recommend the chocolate and blueberry Danish tho…)
the cheese cakes which the name it uh~hu~! (or something like that)
it’s nice~ really something special~ worth the try!
Chiau Thong playing with her phone instead of eating…
no wonder still so kurus…
Jynn, your pose seriously got problem…
and me enjoying my time~
after that, we went for our second movie Star Trek!
it is WAYYYY WAYYYYYYY bETteR than Terminator!
like so super dooper better than Terminator!
okok, I know most people already watch it…
but I still wanna promote for them because it was really a great movie!
we, (meaning Jynn) received a SMS from iSieng that she have arrived and she bought us Kolok Mee from Sarawak!
den we run back home all the way from Pavilion to savor the food~
and it was worth the run back!~
(was joking about the running part, it’s supposed to show how we really wanted and liked Kolok Mee)
went to Pavilion again today for another movie~
might look for another jeans coz I did not manage to get one yester due to the arrival of Kolok Mee iSieng~
till then, CYA!
well, as mention earlier, I went to Pavilion with Jynn for movies~
and Chiau Thong decided to tag along~
we were greeted by this car at the entrance~
after purchasing our tickets, we decided to go for J.Co coz we were starving while waiting for Chiau Thong to arrive~
Jynn enjoying his morning sip of news~
now that I’ve tasted Krispe Kreme, J.Co aren’t really fulfilling anymore…
after lunch, we still have 1 hour before the movie starts~
so, we went for Baskin Robbins!~
later after that.
we continue our quest~ walking into Hall 2 of GSC to watch Terminator Salvation…
and I personally think it’s not up to standard…
I’ll leave the rest of today for tomorrow’s post…
really tired already… got to sleep~
nightZ!
plans are set,
2 movies today,
shopping~ might get a pair of jeans~ (Jeep offering 50% discount)
and a good lunch~
Pavillion, here I come!!!
ohh I miss the malls in KL~
last night, my mum ask me to pack all my stuffs ready for today.
and I said : “aiyah… I pack very fast one laa”
she says : “I know you very fast, but you will miss your toothbrush”
I answered : “won’t one lah”
and how right she was…
mum, I missed my toothbrush…
>.<||| i know…
ok, I know I sound like kaki botol from the above title but no I’m not…
let’s just say I learn how to enjoy wine~
after having dinner at godmum’s place, my cousin bought wine~~
so we sat at the hall sipping away~
owh and we’ll also need to have some of these while enjoying wine~
(you’ll see me with extra KGssss when you meet me back in school when sem starts)
well, we also have some chips, carrot, and cucumber sticks to go along~
the dips for the chips and vege sticks~
will be going back to KL in an hour’s time!~
till then! CYA!
we had lunch at Yau Kee restaurant at Kampar Old Town~
since we had curry chicken bread the day before we decided to pick something different~
there’s this salted chicken (yim kok kai) which is also famous~
salty if you ask me… but still bearable…
juicy at some parts but dry at others… it’s a okok dish if you ask me…
very simple dish… taste ok…
the fried dried prawns and slated vege gives extra flavor to the fish~
and we bought
4 boxes of curry chicken bread home for our family since we are having a small party over at godmum’s place~
CYA!
*back to Kampar*
on the second day, sis introduced us to a good place to Breakfast near the market in old town where it is actually a food court which sells vast varieties of food for breakfast~
which also situated beside a lake~
we parked our car and we are ready to go~
a cup of tea~ (not as smooth as the one I used to have, but will do)
this one tasted rather special as the chee chiong fun has some dried prawn in it~
very good if you ask me, way better than the one we have in KL~
this is the curry noodle we had~
not worth trying if you ask me, the noodle is so so and the curry is not curry…
after breakfast, we continue to stroll around the place~
if you are not fond on having breakfast such as the above, you can always opt to go to the street at the back of the food court to get some other food to feast upon~
ok, I don’t exactly know what this is called but mum and sis likes it alot!
like ALOT!!!
if you are too full to eat…
you can always eat the morning papers or some other magazines you want~
after that, we went back to Grand Kampar Hotel to continue our rest before we leave our sis at Kampar and drive to KL~
all after our lunch at Yau Kee Restaurant ~
well, my old glasses are getting worn off~
and since I am off shopping with mum today~ (means I just came back)
a decision to get a new spectacles is done!~
I wanted to get something different~ (Greg always wanted something different)
so? how do I look????
hehe~
since I am too free, I decided to figure out my personality~
I stumble upon this site which is where I did the test…

*rewinds back in time*
well, we had a farewell dinner for sis before we actually sent her to Kampar.
and we decided to go for Korean!~
and as usual, Korean serve varieties of side dished before they serve the main dishes~ and it was good~
let’s see what we ordered~
served with some Korean noodle, this dish taste rather different.
the texture of the squid and the vegetables does goes well along with some of the noodles.
it’s quite spicy if you eat it together with the chili.
next, we had
notice we BBQ along with the Kimchi?
well, that’s how we like it~
wrap the meat along the the kimchi, chili and garlic slices in the vege and dip it with the sauce provided and we are ready to roll!
since we are out for something new that day,
we also ordered the fried bean curd.
this dish was a let down because it’s just normal fried bean curd with sauce provided.
nothing really special about it~
after dinner, we are also served
which consists of watermelon, some rice pops and a cup of wine (according to my mum which I don’t think so, can someone please clarify?)
It was a good meal! no doubt!
we always leave the restaurant feeling more than satisfied!
