this is what I've been having for my breakfast during my holidays.. (sometimes without mango)
it's easy to prepare...
shake soy milk with milo,
cut mango into chunks,
mix them with oats,
and taadaa~~~
high in fiber (very VERY high!!!)-from mango la..., den won get constipated....
get all the vitamins listed in milo, (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K)
calcium from soy milk,- prevents osteoporosis...
and best of all!! oats sucks off cholesterol from ur body!!
start oat-ing now!!!
