this is what I've been having for my breakfast during my holidays.. (sometimes without mango)
it's easy to prepare...
shake soy milk with milo,
cut mango into chunks,
mix them with oats,
and taadaa~~~
high in fiber (very VERY high!!!)-from mango la..., den won get constipated....
get all the vitamins listed in milo, (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K)
calcium from soy milk,- prevents osteoporosis...
and best of all!! oats sucks off cholesterol from ur body!!
start oat-ing now!!!

we have friends from many category,
the hi-bye...
the talk-to you-everyday friend...

and the true friend...
it has come to me that no one is perfect,
and that everyone has it's flaws...
in this case, as a friend...
some are not responsible...
some are not thoughtful...
some are selfish...
some are brainless (in the sense of talking without thinking)
and so on...
but then again...
why am I still around with those friends?
because I believe in them...
that they will be better in the future...

my time passes with reports and assignments...
tests and exams...
focusing on people around me more than myself...
until I think that I am lost...
no, I am lost...
I missed the old me...
the one with joy...
without fear...
the one with laughter...
without tears...
I missed the days...
the days when all mistakes are correct...
the days sweeter than all of the candies in the world combined...
and the days when I don't have to think of my actions...
the days of pure freedom...
I missed the place...
the smell of the green leaves...
the touch of the wind...
the view of the blue sky...
it is, the place where I grew up...
things have changed so much...
or was it me?
I am no longer naive...
but I missed being it...
where am I?
is the "me" I am looking for still alive?
because I missed him so much...
how have the me I know become so complicated...
maybe I just wish things are much more easier...
