WOOTS!!!! my Lappie’s monitor?!?!?
yea… the Dell technician came today to fix replace my Optical Disc Drive…
after a few troubleshoot, the Technician finally decided to switch the ODD for me~
and so, the dismantling begins~
soon after that, the keyboard, and the palm rest were gone!
revealing the motherboard consisting the fan, processor and some green colored silver colored and black colored stuffs…
*note, the ODD were gone already*
in a short while, the ODD were replaced and the parts are being reassembled back into one!
the technician working on my lappie~ ^^
overall, I think Dell’s services were very good…
and I don’t regret a single bit purchasing a Dell!
perhaps it’s too soon to say, but that’ what I feel currently. Just hope that they keep up the good work! ^^
thanks again to Dell~ ^^

Marilyn : something happend to my company here that I have no choice but to shorten my stay overseas...
ReplyDeleteJeffro : i think so they will have spare screw gua...
Viv : good as in they are actually trustworthy, if there's somehting that needs to be fixed, I'd rather get it over and done with rather than delay until the warrenty is over...
and, I mgiht have plans to extend the warrenty period... but Dell has definately made me feel secure.
